About the Event

Join Mary Ann and Sarah as they chat with Dr. Carlos Davidovich, an executive and performance coach with expertise in NeuroManagement, about grappling with change.

We know all the uplifting quotes about "Change being an opportunity for growth", that "With change comes amazing possibilities", yada yada yada. But let's also talk about how change can really suck.

Don't get us wrong, change can feel like good things to. It can feel exciting. It can feel uplifting. It can feel like you can do anything.

But change can also feel like a loss. It can feel like fear. It can feel like anger. It can feel like crippling dread.

Some of the questions we'll ask in this live event are:

“Why do people find change so debilitating?”

"If we're a leader, how do we personally prepare for change, and how do we prepare our team for change?"

"How do we allow others to express their frustration, anger, sadness, betrayal, etc.?"

"How do we acknowledge the good and opportunity without dismissing others' feelings or displaying toxic positivity?"

"What are three things you do when you discover change is about to happen?"

All proceeds from tickets purchased in December will be donated to Crisis Service Canada (CSC). CSC is a national network of existing distress, crisis, and suicide prevention line services. They are committed to supporting any person living in Canada who is affected by suicide, in the most caring and least intrusive manner possible.
