About the Event
Managing a team of individuals comes with complications. Integrating different personalities, priorities, values, and triggers will inevitably lead to disagreement and conflicts. Having effective strategies to address, mitigate, and resolve the issues before they impact team relations is imperative.
After completing Resolving Interpersonal Challenges, you'll have:
- Strategies to prevent and address behaviours that could be perceived as bullying.
- A framework to create a guideline for what constitutes a psychologically safe interaction.
- Gone through our expert's solution-focused approach to address conflict between staff.
- The ability to foster commitments from employees to move beyond tolerating one another and towards respectful workplace interactions.
This course is 6 hours and will take place August 10 & August 11 from 12 PM - 3 PM ET each day making it accommodating for learners across Canada to join.
Included in the course is:
- A 6-hour course facilitated live by a workplace mental health expert who will answer your burning questions and help you overcome challenges.
- A workbook for you to capture the insights you learn along the way.
- A link to join us for the virtual event.
- Access to the course recording.
