But if you're Mary Ann, a C-suite whisperer, you'd do it something like this, "Developing a sustainable system that supports employee well-being aligns with your organization's mission by [insert enticing statement], and it's going to reduce your organization's spending by [insert eye catching number], and here's how we'll do it together."

Does one pitch work more than the other? Probably. Could there be a another way? Likely, and that's why we're going to be joined by Sarika Gundu, an expert on getting the powers-that-be to buy-in.

All proceeds from this month's live event will be donated to Movember. The goal of Movember is to "change the face of men's health." By encouraging men to get involved, Movember aims to increase early cancer detection, diagnosis and effective treatments, and ultimately reduce the number of preventable deaths.
